This work describes a personal, artistic process of self-reflection using AI tools (Digital Exorcism™). It documents character development (Reaper Ray) through intensive engagement with one's own psychological content.

The process uses concepts of Shadow Work as a creative method, NOT as a therapeutic approach.

Effect ≠ Method

The process had therapeutic effects on the creator (byproduct). That does not make it a therapeutic method. Analogy: painting can have therapeutic effects, but it is not therapy.

Legal Validity & Survival Clause

Protection applies under German law (UrhG, MarkenG, §12 BGB), European law (EUTMR), and international law (US Copyright Title 17, DMCA, Berne Convention).

Long-term effect: These terms apply regardless of future technological developments or changes in platform policies. Even if a platform declares content as "freely available," copyright protection remains intact.

Right of Intent

Any use that contradicts the protective intentions defined in this document, even if technically modified, counts as a violation. What matters is the recognizably derived or systemically copied intent (Spirit of the Law).

Studio & Screen Adaptation Pledge

• Allowed: Condensing the plot, visually reinterpreting, deepening characters.
• Prohibited: Altering the core message, instrumentalizing characters ideologically.
• Strategy: Licensing follows strict adherence to Post-Hype Realism™ principles (potentially involving an ethics board).

Automatic Protection Activation

In case of unlawful use (e.g. deepfakes, unauthorized monetization, identity-adjacent AI avatars), the full protection framework activates automatically. The creator reserves all civil and criminal legal remedies, without prior warning ("reactivation right").

Censorship & AI Ethics

No-Platforming & Deplatforming Protection

Should this work become a target of algorithmic, automated, or ideological censorship (e.g. deletion, shadowbanning, monetization blocks), copyright protection remains fully intact. Platform-internal decisions do not release third parties from the conditions defined in this document. Any violation is treated as an active breach of law.

Prohibition of AI Moral Filters (Moral Censorship)

In all screen-based, gamified, or interactive applications (e.g. dialogue systems, NPCs, chatbots), it is prohibited to alter content, characters, or statements through AI-based moral filters, risk scoring, or automated "content safeguards."

The authenticity of contradictory, provocative, or non-conformist statements is an essential part of the protected IP.

Posthumous Protection & Creative Legacy

This protection framework remains in full effect after the death, retreat, or inactivity of the creator. It is prohibited to sell the IP posthumously or reinterpret it in AI-generated formats without written authorization from the creator.
