Mirror
Check.

A snapshot of where you stand in the PHR framework. Four clusters, twenty questions, thirteen possible archetypes. The mirror does not love you. That is why it can show you.

Read this first. This is not a personality quiz. It does not place you in a fixed type. It is a diagnostic: a snapshot of where you stand in the PHR framework on the day you take it. Take it again in three months and the numbers will move. That is the point.

Four options per question: Strongly disagree · Disagree · Agree · Strongly agree. No neutral. Pick the closer side. The test is honest if you are.

Results render in your browser only. Your scores and answers stay local. After you finish, just your archetype name joins the public aggregate at /stats. No IP, no scores, no identifier.

// The four axes

The twenty questions sort into four clusters. Each cluster scores one axis. Your archetype is the combination of where you land on all four — not a label picked from a list.

Hype Position 0–12

How much the attention cycle still runs you. Low means post-hyped — you have stepped off. High means still inside: metrics, novelty and reach set your tempo.

Voice Tendency Reaper 0–9 · Medulla 0–9

Which of the two voices carries more. Reaper is the protector — anger at the pattern, refusal as form. Medulla is the devotional — patience, longing, truth without mask. Balanced means neither rides you.

Honest Fake Practice 0–12

Whether you live the doctrine or only know it. Low means the tools stay unnamed and the seams get smoothed. High means tools named, seams left visible, the smaller room accepted.

Parts Awareness 0–18

Whether you see your parts as voices or as symptoms. Low means what drives you feels simply like you. High means the carrier is awake: you see the parts and give none of them the wheel.

Each axis lands you in a band — low, mid or high. The combination of all four is your archetype. That is why two people who have both post-hyped can still be different classes: the other three axes decide.

I write what I think will travel, more than what I actually want to say.

// Cluster 02 · 6 questions

Voice tendency.

// 05

When something hurts, my first instinct is to cut, refuse, or burn the bridge.

// 06

When something hurts, my first instinct is to stay close to the wound and document it.

// 07

Anger is a useful tool I have learned to deploy at the right target, not the wrong one.

// 08

Longing is a state I am willing to live in for long stretches, not a problem to solve.

// 09

I trust my no more than I trust my yes.

// 10

I trust my longing more than I trust my plan.

// Cluster 03 · 4 questions

Honest fake practice.

// 11

I name the AI tools and other instruments I used when I publish something they touched.

// 12

I would let a visible imperfection ship if removing it would hide the construction.

// 13

I accept that the audience who wants me has to find me, not the other way around.

// 14

I would refuse a sponsorship or commission that required me to bend the work.

// Cluster 04 · 6 questions

Parts and carrier awareness.

This cluster touches patterns that other languages call habits, compulsions, things avoided. The doctrine reads them as parts. Answer honestly. The mirror is a diagnostic, not a therapist.

// 15

I notice that different parts of me want different things in the same moment.

// 16

Under stress, I notice a strong urge for fast destructive action (drink, rage, cut someone off, burn a bridge).

// 17

I notice an inner voice that pre-emptively manages situations to avoid pain.

// 18

I notice an inner voice that holds longing and would rather wait than perform.

// 19

There is a substance, behaviour, or feed I return to when I do not want to feel something.

// 20

There is a memory or pattern in my life I keep busy to avoid.

Reminder: these scores are a snapshot, not an identity. Take the test again in three months. The numbers will move. That is the practice.

Counted: your archetype was counted anonymously for the public aggregate at /stats. No IP, no scores, no identifier stored. The fact of counting is part of the work.
