Everything a journalist, researcher, or curator needs to write about Post-Hype Realism. Cite freely. Reach out for anything beyond.
BeNΔ$TY is the artist behind Post-Hype Realism, a doctrine of honest art in the age of AI. He carries two named voices, Reaper Ray and Ray Medulla, and refuses to hide the seams.
BeNΔ$TY, born 1986 in Würzburg, is the operator of Post-Hype Realism, a doctrine and working catalogue of honest art in the age of AI. He carries two named voices in the work: Reaper Ray, the protector, and Ray Medulla, the devotional. Both are externalised parts, neither runs the show. The doctrine sits on six rules and three disciplines: Honest Romance, Shadow Work, and IFS Bridge. The seams stay visible on purpose.
BeNΔ$TY is the artist alias of Meik Horak, born 1986 in Würzburg, Germany. He is the operator of Post-Hype Realism (PHR), a doctrine and mixed-media practice of honest art in the age of artificial intelligence. PHR collects long-form essays, music on Suno, AI-generated visual work, and a working method for using machines without losing the soul of the work.
The system is built around two named voices that BeNΔ$TY carries: Reaper Ray, the protector who performs the shadow work, and Ray Medulla, the devotional who holds the longing. Both are externalised parts, structured through an Internal Family Systems reading. Neither voice runs the show; the human stays the carrier.
The doctrine has three load-bearing disciplines (Honest Romance, Shadow Work, IFS Bridge), six rules of the Honest Fake, and one closing line that ends every text: "Use the machine. Name the seam. Keep the soul."
Short, attributable, in the operator’s voice. Use as standfirst, callout, or social card.

“He breaks into the algorithmic self to show where the leaks are.”
“Use the machine. Name the seam. Keep the soul.”
“I am fake. The soul is real.”
“Two named voices in one human. Neither runs the show.”
“The mirror does not love you. That is why it can show you.”
“Hype is not enthusiasm. Enthusiasm is a feeling. Hype is a contract.”
“The image is cheap. The position is not. Mistaking one for the other is the dominant failure mode of the current moment.”
“A rebel is a person whose calendar refuses what the algorithm wanted.”
“The fake is not the problem. The hidden fake is.”
“Every part belongs. None of them gets the wheel.”
